Beauty & Vitality Returns Policy

We are very sorry the products have not met your expectations and will do our best to ensure the returns process is as easy as possible.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return products and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.

 

  • FAULTY GOODS

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can help with this please email us at customercare@beautyandvitality.co.uk with the following information:

-Your name

-Your address

-Order number

-Order date

-Product name

-Description of the fault

(The product name can be found on your order confirmation email if you’re unsure).

Or complete the Cancellation/Returns Form available here (cancellation-returns-form).

Once we have received and processed your cancellation form we will forward you postal details of where to return the product. 

 

  • CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us.  This 14-day period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this Cancellation Returns Form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).

There are a couple of other ways to cancel your contract with us, either:        

  • In writing by post: Beauty & Vitality Ltd, Vaughan Chambers, Vaughan Road, Harpenden, AL5 4EE.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO THIS POSTAL ADDRESS.

Once we have received notification of you cancellation, we will send you details of where to return the product.

If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us before we can send a full refund (including our delivery postage charges).

Please note, we cannot offer refunds if the product seal is not in place or has been broken.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

 

  • UK CUSTOMERS ONLY - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Once we have received and processed your Returns form we will forward you postal details of where to return the product.

To return products, please re-pack them in the original packaging where possible or in a secure package.  Please cover the delivery address if applicable.

Please note we do not offer free returns.  Therefore please return the products via the Post Office for example, and with proof of postage.   

Simply return your items to the following address within 28 days of the date on your dispatch note. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost.

 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 14 days from the date of the return to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return we check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund by the same payment method you made to us. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop if there are any issues in processing your refund.

 

  • CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement.
