I apply the moisturiser morning and night, you only need a small amount as it goes a long way. I have very sensitive eyes and I have no problems using this cream and I really like the smell

I would definitely say I noticed a difference in my skin the cream goes on really well. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the face cream it almost has a fishy smell bit nether the less I stuck with it.

Works inside and out! I was lucky to receive a full size moisturiser & probiotic food supplement from beauty buddy to try. The moisturiser is quite thick in texture, but it soaks in well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated, smooth and looking radiant. My fine lines appear reduced and skin looks plumper. Often I find thick moisturisers can be sticky and make a poor base for makeup, however, this is a great base for makeup. I have been taking two supplements every evening with my dinner for the past month and I can see a difference in my skin which I think it a combination of the moisturiser and tablets. My nails and hair appear more healthy and have grown stronger than normal. I have more energy and have been sleeping better. Soothed, soft skin. I like the idea behind this duo of products, taking a holistic inside and out approach to boosting gut health and the skin biome. I really like the moisturiser which has a soothing, calming feel on my skin and a beautiful texture. It has a relaxing botanical scent, with subtle lavender notes, which is particularly nice for an evening skincare routine. It reminds me of an Ayurvedic treatment I've had before. I've been using it for almost two months and my skin feels soothed and soft, and looks a little more radiant and less tired. This is the first time I have seen a supplement and skincare moisturiser sold as a duo, and I think it's a brilliant idea. I have finished the 30 day capsules, the ingredients are definitely very good, inc. essential vitamins C, D, E, and B6, as well as other vitamins, minerals, and probiotics meaning they are also good for your gut and digestion. It's definitely a vitamin combination I like, and I used to take vitamin d and biotin separately anyway, so no longer need to do so as it's all included.\nThe moisturiser is lovely, great texture and sinks into my skin very well, leaving it feeling hydrated with a nice glow. Good results so far. I have use the full 30 days for the tablets and the moisturiser and I have noticed some slight changes in my appearance my nails have certainly became more stronger, my hair is more smoother, I can't say I have seen any improvement on my skin though. \nI feel maybe if I had 60 or 90 days supply I would start to see the other benefits. Great duo! I have been using both the moisturiser and the supplements for a few weeks now. The moisturiser is amazing. It leaves me skin feeling really hydrated and soft and that feeling lasts all day. I’m sure it’s made my skin look healthier and improved my lines and wrinkles. The lavender fragrance is so calming too. The supplements have quite a strong smell, but it isn’t unpleasant, almost like ginger. Impressed! This duo contains a moisturiser for your face and multi-nutrient capsules. Both work to boost your health inside and out and to counter the effects if the menopause and other hormone related skin conditions. You take two capsules a day with food and apply moisturiser daily. I'm impressed. I believe that my skin definitely looks more radiant, feels softer and definitely feels hydrated. What a pearl of a set! Not many products look after your inside and outside! loved this set and would be so giftable too. my only slight criticism is the scent of the cream with it having either lavender and/or valerian in. I don't mind smelling like an old lady at night as the scents quite relaxing but not first thing in the morning. I'd keep the cream as a night cream "Trusted X Beauty Buddy"

Sooooo good! what a great idea - I am so bad at taking vitamins but with this because it is with my skincare I take them as I can leave it out on my dressing table. the cream smells like waking into a luxurious spa and it soaks in quickly but you can feel the difference. I was lucky enough to be sent a duel product formulated for women of menopausal age from Beauty and Vitality. It contains a lovely purple glass jar with 60 multi nutrient and probiotics food supplement capsules.\nThen a matching purple glass jar of Radiant skincare pre&probiotic nourishing moisturiser. I received this full size product to try, it came with a Pre & Probiotic Nourishment Moisturiser and a Milti-Nutrient & Probiotics food supplement (Capsule Form). The moisturiser is amazing my skin feels so good, smooth, added brightness without that greasy look and a great base for my make up. The only downside to the moisturiser is the fragrance it does take some getting use to. The daily capsules which I've been taking daily definitely added a boost to my system. I've suffered with IBS on and off for a number of years and I really do this these capsules have help it. I will know for sure when I have finished them, which will be in a couple of days. Great products! I was lucky enough to try these two products for free from beauty buddy in exchange for my honest opinion. I have been taking these tablets at 2 a day for a few weeks I didn't know what to expect as I have never tried these capsules or ones like it before, I was pleasantly suprised how good I felt I must admit I didn't really see any difference in my skin or hair but did notice a difference in how I felt alot more energy and less tired and anxious, I like the moisturiser but not the fragrance I dreaded using this moisturiser for that reason but carried on using it to test and review it and it is actually really good my skin feels a lot firmer and my wrinkles are less visible. my skin is also radiant and brighter, the texture of this cream is quite thick but blends in really well and does not leave my skin sticky like other creams I have tried. I was lucky enough to test these products free, my skin certainly seems to be clearer with the vitamins, however I found that my skin became very sore after using the cream therefore I had to discontinue using it, hence the 3 star review ( I don’t usually have sensitivity problems.. Amazing duo! I didn't know what to expect from this pair of products. I've never tried a supplement for beauty purposes, but after a month, I've noticed a difference in my skin. The moisturiser is also a revelation; I normally suffer badly at this time of the year, as the winter weather isn't great for my skin, but this year, my face looks far healthier than usual. Was extremely excited to try this when I was lucky enough to receive it in the post, looked similar to another well known brand and smelt lovely although a little overpowering first thing in a morning*preferred this fragrance at bedtime. Used for a good few weeks and although liked the non greasy texture and finish *velvety Matt, I found my skin felt dry and just not hydrated enough. No major skin changes noticed even with the added daily capsules. I absolutely love the packaging which is distinctive and attractive. This is my first experience with a skincare duo and the concept is quite innovative. I received these products from beauty buddy to test. I'm really loving using the cream it feels rich and luxurious but doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin. The fragrance is light and pleasant. The supplements actually also have a pleasant smell as well, there's a hint of coffee, I find a lot supplements don't smell or taste that great usually but these are nice, I don't know if they've made any kind of difference, I've had some health issues that required treatment that kind of upset my body a little so I can't say how much of a difference they've made without taking them for longer. I know that my skin is looking a little better, there's more radiance, my skin tone looks more even but I have had a couple of breakouts. Received this cream and vitamin duo to try. After using for a couple of weeks, I have to say, my skin really does look and feel so much better. The cream has a lovely thick consistency but is absorbed quickly and has a pleasant slight lavender smell. I thought it would play havoc with my combination skin but it’s been great. I am usually quite skeptical about tablet type supplements and after using for nearly 2 weeks haven’t noticed a massive improvement thst I could say was down to the extra things in the tablets. The cream is very luxurious and you don’t need too much. Thick consistency with a wonderful lavender herbal scent . The cream sinks straight into my skin and I feel like I’m giving my skin a treat by using this as it feels nourished and soft and not tight and dry. Amazing product I started using this cream with the multi nutrition and probiotic 10 days ago, and I have to say IM REALLY IMPRESSED . my skin never ever looked as healthy and radiant .I used many expensive creams but never got the same result, i guess because as well of the inside multi nutrition . I m literally confident to go out make up free, which is a hard thing for me to do, I feel as well an improvement in my hair , it's softer a bit. over all , I'm really in love with those products. the cream has a herby smell when you put it , but it goes away in 5 minutes. it is tick but it sank very quickly . Nourishing. After receiving Beauty and Vitality free from Beauty Buddy to test and review, I started taking the Radiant Skincare capsules straight away, there is a month's supply in the jar and are easy enough to take with a drink. After almost 2 weeks of taking these I have noticed a sight difference in my skin, I feel it is looking a bit more awake and healthy rather than my sluggish, dry skin in the winter months when I look pasty. These supplements are also suitable for Vegans and various vitamins in them. Great ofr menopausal skin. I received this combination pack from ‘Buddy’ to try and review. Menopausal skin can be tricky to treat properly. I find that my skin has definitely has changed with menopause, so this seems perfect for me. The pack entails a chic glass jar of Multi - Nutrient and Probiotics supplements (60 capsules), and a glass jar of Pre&Probiotic Nourishment Moisturiser (50 ml).\nThe saying is so true; ‘ treat the inside, to treat the outside’ in this case, this is a perfect solution.\nResearch shows that a healthy gut helps with Microbiome, thus helping with ageing process and hormone changes. \nTaking the capsules will nourish the Microbiome from the inside. These are a normal size, easy to take (2 a day). The Moisturiser has a cream consistent, with a subtle scent. A really nice duo! Been using this product for a few weeks now. I have been using the cream and the capsules. my skin is starting to look radiant. also my dry skin feels a lot better. the cream has a nice smell and the capsules are easy to take. my friends have looked at this product and said how nice it is that it is a duo. would recommend to family and friends "Trusted X Beauty Buddy"

A nice combination. I was sent these products to test and review by Beauty Buddy and I’ve been using them since I was sent them. The cream is really lovely, it’s rich, thick and luxurious, but sadly I find it stays a tiny bit greasy on my skin. It’s made my skin feel more vibrant and much softer, but I just can’t get past the greasy feeling it’s giving me after application. Even when I’ve massaged it in for a while. It smells beautiful, a little like aromatherapy oils. It has some amazing ingredients to help keep skin soft and supple, which works wonders, I’ve definitely noticed a difference. As for the vitamins, I’ve been taking them for a bit and already I’m noticing a huge difference. They’re not too big and easy to swallow, they’re making me feel much healthier. I am Peri menopausal so these supplements are really helping me and the side effects of this to my skin. My skin feels more vibrant hydrated and healthy, like it’s had a new lease of life.
