Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use the moisturiser with the supplement?
No, neither product is dependent on the other. However its our belief that skincare inside & out is the best way to strengthen your skin's microbiome and therefore get the maximum benefit from Beauty & Vitality.
When should I take the supplement?
Its your choice but we recommend taking it just after you've eaten. If you struggle to swallow capsules feel simply break the capsule and spread the contents over your breakfast or add to a smoothie for example.
How long will the pot last?
The recommended daily dosage is 2 per day so with 60 in the pot this product should last you 30 days. If you forget to take them one day, dont worry, just restart them as soon as is possible.
Is the packaging recyclable?
