Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use the supplement with the moisturiser?

No, the moisturiser can be purchased separately and used without the supplement. Some of our customers are not keen on taking supplements but continue to use the cream and are delighted with the results.

Can I use the cream day & night?

Yes, the moisturiser can be used as both a day cream and a night cream. Some of our customers have reported they are doing this, and are particularly happy with the way the cream sinks in quickly and is a good base for make-up.

When should I take the supplement?

Its your choice but we recommend taking it just after you've eaten. If you struggle to swallow capsules feel simply break the capsule and spread the contents over your breakfast or add to a smoothie for example.

How long will the pot last?

This of course depends on how much you're using each day but on average our customers find the 50ml moisturiser 6-8 weeks. The supplement jar comes filled with 60 tablets so at 2 a day, this jar should last 30 days.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our containers, lids and cartons are kerb side recyclable.

I used both the cream and tablets and can say that after a month I could notice a difference. My skin felt firmer and there are less lines and sagging in my neckline. Both the cream and tablets have a slight earth like smell, good to know they have combined ingredients. The great thing about this combination is that they work from the inside out so you are not just touching on the basic exterior, it's so important to improve internal which then impacts on external. These products are derived from natural products which are great. Overall I'm pleased with the results to date. The cream is not too thick or greasy. The tablets are medium size so I didn't have any problems taking them. As they are in a coating there is no after taste. I have rated 4 stars as there is a slight smell as mentioned previously. It's not over powering but smelt a bit earthy to me.

I found the cream slightly too rich for my oil-prone skin and so used it sparingly when I felt able to. When I have used it, I found it gave good moisture. Great all round product! I tried these products for 30 days after receiving a free sample. Combined, they've left my skin clearer and softer to touch. My only critique would be that the face cream smells a bit meh. I prefer a face cream that has a fresh or yummy fragrance. The pills on the other hand smelt like Christmas cookies! Great products! I am really impressed with the quality of the products and I feel like they truly work well together. The supplements are easy to swallow and full of multi-nutrients which benefit your skin and help you on the side. What a great idea! This is something I'm really happy with. Not only does it help the outside but it also helps with the inside. It's a fabulous concept. Skincare inside and outside. My absolute favorite part of this combo is it considers the skin from an inside and outside perspective which I am passionate about. Pre and probiotic nourishing moisturizer - The moisturizer has a nice creamy texture. It sinks into the skin fast and does not leave an oily residue. Ingredients that I love in this product include Glycerin high up on the ingredient list and xylitol which are both humetants and excellent at drawing moisture into the skin. 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid which is a great anti oxident for skin brightening, and Retinyl palmitate which is a gentle retinol and boosts collagen in the skin, minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, and smooths the texture of the skinMulti nutrient and pro biotic - The supplement is a take two a day capsulised tablet. It has no taste which I am thankful for. My favorite ingredients in this is Zinc Citrate which has great anti inflammatory properties for skin, Grape Seed Extract which has been shown to improve melasma (hyperpigmentation), Ascorbic Acid (vitamin c) great anti oxident which can prevent and treat sun damage. D Biotin which assists in the regrowth of healthy skin cells. There are too many good ingredients to mention all so those were my personal favorites.Things to note: this contains fragrance. I am not sensitive to fragrance but good to note if you are prone to irritation.Suggestions for improvement: a spatula would be nice as I am so scared of contaminating the product with bacteria from my hands. Especially, as I have never heard of that brand. upon receiving this duo, I was impressed with the smart idea of combining capsules and face cream. We sometimes forget that the inside also matters when it comes to nice-looking skin.\nI have been using face cream and capsules for two days now, morning and evening. I like the texture of the cream because it's not too heavy. It's easily absorbed, and the skin feels soft and silky. I have very dry skin and keratosis pilaris, which means if not enough hydration-dry, red skin. But also, if too heavy cream - red skin and clogged pores. But this cream seems like a perfect balance for me. I received these to review and test, I cannot be happy enough! I suffer with frequent breakouts and my skin can be very sensitive.
